On this half-day tour, you’ll get to soak up the breath-taking scenery while learning about the natural history of the area. Along the way, your knowledgeable skipper will regale you with stories and facts about the natural wonders of Whitehaven Beach and the surrounding Whitsundays. Grab yourself a wine or beer from the bar onboard and fully relax into the adventure.
We start by cruising through the waters of Solway Passage towards Whitehaven Beach, where you can witness views of Passage Peak and the impressive island of Pentecost on the way. The boat will take you through 7km of sparkling turquoise waters and pristine white sands along the coast of Whitsunday Island which is the largest of the 74 islands in the area.
At Whitehaven beach you’ll have plenty of opportunity to snap shots of the most photographed beach in Australia, take a stroll along the soft sands, or take a refreshing dip in the cool azure waters.
Once you’ve experienced the sheer beauty of Whitehaven Beach, we’ll hop back aboard the boat and cruise back to the mainland, where you’ll have one more chance to soak up the majestic views of the Whitsundays.
