The prices are based on Twin Share Room and are ONLY available for two (2) people booking in one transaction. If you are traveling alone, you MUST select the Recommended Upgrades to choose the Single Room rate.

Child prices are available for children aged 4 – 14 years. Children traveling on this tour must be accompanied by an adult.

Infants aged 1 – 3 years travel for free on their parent’s lap. Sorry, we cannot carry infants under the age of 1.

Itinerary

2 Day Fraser Island Tour Depart Hervey Bay Itinerary

Our 2 day tour starts from Hervey Bay around 9am where we’ll be getting the ferry to the island. During the next 2 days, you’ll be seeing and doing a lot of fun things! Your guide will take you on a fun journey to K’gari’s best spots including Central Station, which was once a logging station. Here we’ll be going for a short stroll through the forest with King Ferns, Flooded Gums and Pine trees.

We’ll be travelling along 75 Mile Beach, which will take us across the island to famous sites like the Maheno Shipwreck, an old ship that washed ashore in 1935 and the Champagne Pools, which are basically holes formed by the erosion of an extinct volcano. Get yourself cosy in one of the bubbly pools and hear the waves clash against the rocks.

Another fantastic spot on our itinerary is Lake McKenzie. This ‘perched’ lake, which means the lake only exists of rainwater, offers mesmerising views. From white sand to clear blue water. Excellent for swimming! You’ll also be going for some short walks. Enjoy a stroll along the Wanggoolba boardwalk surrounded by ancient trees and go for a leisurely wander through the Satinay forest at Pile Valley.

Pickup Locations

We can arrange bus transfers from most hotels and hostels in Hervey Bay. If you cannot see your hotel as an option for pickup when making your booking, please contact us and we can advise you on your nearest pickup location. We cannot pick up from residential addresses.

Hotel pickups occur between 6:50am to 8:00am. You will receive a confirmation email with the time of your pick up once you have completed your booking.
