Itinerary

Bruny Island Cruise Day Tour from Hobart Itinerary

The day begins as we depart from Hobart and make our way along the coastline. As drive along the winding roads, keep an eye out for wallabies and other wildlife that may be visible from the bus. Once we drive as far as we can, we’ll jump on board a ferry to get to Bruny Island. We will enjoy a delicious morning tea at the Bruny Island Cruises Visitor Centre, admiring the ocean view, before beginning the wilderness cruise.

After boarding the cruise, you will have three unforgettable hours of sightseeing and wildlife spotting along the coastline of Bruny Island. We will cruise under some of the tallest sea cliffs in Australia and past a range of other spectacular rock formations. Your experienced and friendly captain will provide informative commentary along the way to point out any wildlife, which may include dolphins, fur seals, ocean birds, and more!

Once the cruise concludes, we will disembark the boat and enjoy lunch at Adventure bay. After lunch, we will board the bus to drive back to North Bruny Island to join the ferry back to the main island. From there, we will make our way back to Hobart, arriving in time for you to continue on with your evening plans in the city.
