1 Day Moreton Island Tour
Relax and explore Moreton Island on this one day tour from Brisbane. We watch the city slip away as we head towards the island on our luxury catamaran. Explore the island and enjoy a full day of use of the Tangalooma Resort facilities. Swim, snorkel, relax at the bars and restaurants, or simply enjoy the world class beach.
Returns: 5:30pm (depart from Moreton Island at 4:00pm)

Wrecks Snorkelling Tour: explore the famous Moreton Island Wrecks, home to a variety of fish and coral species.
Marine Discovery Tour: jump aboard our purpose built boat to explore Moreton Island’s coast line in search of the intriguing sea life that inhabits the water of the island.
Desert Safari Tour: this 4WD adventure will take you to the Tangalooma Desert to try your hand at sand tobogganing.
Whale Watching Cruise: our comfortable catamaran will take you in search whales during the winter months (June – October).

We start the day enjoying a relaxing drink on board the luxury catamaran as we head towards Moreton Island. Once we arrive on the island, you will enjoy the numerous facilities of the Tangalooma Resort. Splash in the swimming pools, challenge your friends at the sports facilities, have a go on the pool tables and relax at the selection of bars and restaurants on site.
Hire snorkelling equipment to explore the underwater world of the island or simply kick back and relax in the sun on the beach. For unique experiences exploring the island and discovering the local marine life, upgrade to one of four optional activities including Desert Safari Tour, Marine Discovery Cruise, Whale Watching or Snorkelling the Wrecks.
We check out the Tangalooma Marine Education and Conservation Centre, where you can learn about the amazing sea life of the area. In the afternoon, you can learn more about some of Moreton Island’s most famous inhabitants with a “Discover the World of Dolphins” Eco Ranger presentation.
In the evening, we return on the catamaran after a wonderful and relaxing day of exploring Moreton Island.
