Itinerary

1 Day Green Island Itinerary

Our full day tour departs at 9am, giving you around five hours of dedicated diving and exploring time. We’ll head to Green Island, one of the Great Barrier Reef’s most mesmerizing spots, where you can discover the eclectic range of wildlife that lives here.

When we arrive, you’ll have the option to either snorkel or dive, getting to know the island from below the water’s surface via our semi submarine or glass bottomed boat, or you can stay shore-side and relax on the pristine white beach.

But that’s not all. You’ll also have the opportunity to discover some of the Island’s best-loved spots, including the unique rainforests that edge the beaches.

After five hours of snorkelling, sunbathing, and exploring, we’ll head back to Cairns at around 5pm on-board an air-conditioned and comfortable 35-metre catamaran.

Snorkel Tour Experience – this 45 minute session builds confidence in the water with snorkel equipment, before exploring the coral gardens with an experienced guide. Includes snorkel equipment (mask & fins), lycra suit and floatation vest. Maximum of 4 people per guide. Adult $45 & Child $35
Tickets for Marineland Melanesia, Semi-Sub and Helmet Diving are available to purchase on Green Island itself, at own expense.
