Not only is Wentworth Falls a town, but there is also a waterfall called Wentworth Falls! Like other waterfalls, the best time to see this one is after a lot of rain. The waterfall is one of the most amazing ones in Blue Mountains which is an incredible three tiered waterfall reaching 187 metres tall.

Charles Darwin walk
Go back in time and do the same walk that Charles Darwin apparently did back in 1836 when he visited the area. You’ll enjoy walking along Jamison Creek and seeing the waterfalls and many different types of birds. It will take around an hour to complete this walk which starts from Wilson Park.

Wentworth Falls Lake
Wentworth Falls Lake is perfect for kayaks and canoes and is located near the town centre. Originally the lake was created to supply water for the steam railway but is now home to local fish, water bugs, shrimp, and many other water creatures.
You can come by here to enjoy the view and lake while sitting down for an afternoon picnic. There are BBQ facilities and a playground if you have any children.
