There is no greater way to discover the sights of Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and everywhere in between, than by joining our Sydney to Adelaide Tour! The tour commences in Sydney, and is packed with 4 days of adventure, prior to arrival in Adelaide. We head south from Sydney, journeying to Canberra to check out the interesting architecture, monuments and museums of Australia’s capital city.
Spend some time exploring Melbourne, Australia's cultural and sporting centre. Take in the spectacular coastal scenery of the Great Ocean Road and unique landscapes of the Grampians National Park before arriving in Adelaide. You’ll have the chance to spot unique Australian wildlife in their natural habitat and plenty of photo opportunities along the way.

Our Sydney to Adelaide tour combines our Sydney to Melbourne and Melbourne to Adelaide tours to offer you the best flexibility in one great value package. You select your travel dates for each tour, meaning you can spend extra time in Melbourne or keep travelling straight to Adelaide. Accommodation is included while on tour, but we leave the accommodation in Melbourne between tours up to you.
The minimum age for this tour is 8 years old. If you are travelling with a child under the age of 18 years old, you will need to upgrade to a private room. Please call us prior to making the booking to check for availability.
Luggage is restricted to a maximum of 7kgs.
Our Sydney to Adelaide Tour takes you over the ever-changing landscape of the Victorian Alps, the High Country and rugged region of the Grampians National Park. Driving along the famous coastal drive of the Great Ocean Road in Victoria be amazed by the striking surroundings of this beautiful region, prior to arriving in Adelaide.
Your journey through the spectacular Australian bush land combines our 2 Day Sydney to Melbourne and 2 Day Melbourne to Adelaide Tour. Including your accommodation and meals as indicated below while on tour, ready for you to jump on board!
Our tour departs Sydney early, as we venture towards Canberra, travelling through the picturesque Southern Highlands. Throughout the day, take the opportunity to uncover the sights of Australia’s Capital City including a guided tour of Parliament House and free time at the National Museum of Australia and the Australian War Memorial. After a drive through the picturesque suburb of Yarralumla, we’ll drop you at your accommodation for the night at the Canberra City YHA.

Begin the second day of your journey with a complimentary breakfast, before making your way to meet the coach to Melbourne at Jolimont Centre. You’ll arrive at Melbourne’s Southern Cross Station at 5:00pm. You’ll be dropped in the centre of the city, where it’s easy to make your way to accommodation and public transport links.

On Day 3 of your Sydney to Adelaide overland tour, spend the morning enjoying the spectacular coastal drive along the Great Ocean Road. We visit plenty of iconic sights with heaps of photo opportunities including Memorial Arch, Gibson Steps and of course the famous 12 Apostles. Don’t miss out on the great opportunity to get up close and personal with friendly Aussie animals including parrots and koalas with a relaxing bush walk. For lunch, we will make a stop in Apollo Bay prior to a guided walk in the Otway Rainforest. In the afternoon we spend time at the 12 Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge before traveling to the Grampians National Park. Keep your eyes peeled for kangaroos on the way before settling down for the night amongst the picturesque scenery of the Grampians National Park.

If you were hoping for a second opportunity to witness some of Australia’s native animals, your guided tour of the Grampians National Park will hopefully offer the chance to view animals such as kangaroos, wallabies, emus, echidnas and koalas in their natural habitat. On the final day of your Sydney to Adelaide Tour, you will get the chance to hike through the heart of the Grampians National Park, visiting iconic sights such as Halls Gap and meet the abundance of native Australian wildlife animals. Enjoy unparalleled vistas of the Grampians and surrounding plains at lookouts that dot the region and explore McKenzie Falls or Silverband Falls. We finish the day crossing over the South Australia border and arriving in Adelaide in the evening.
